We have offered this guarantee since our founding in 2014 and have had fewer than three claims across hundreds of engagements. We are that confident in the quality of our work.
Additional notes on pricing
All listed prices are starting points. The final investment depends on the number of participants, travel requirements (if applicable) and any bespoke diagnostic instruments we need to develop. We are always transparent about costs — you will receive a detailed proposal with a line-by-line breakdown before any commitment.
We offer flexible payment terms for all packages: monthly instalments are available at no extra charge for the Comprehensive and Enterprise tiers. Not-for-profit organisations receive a 15 per cent discount on all published rates — simply mention your NFP status during the discovery call.
Travel within metropolitan Melbourne is included at no additional cost. For engagements in regional Victoria, interstate or international locations, we add a transparent travel and accommodation surcharge based on actual expenses. Virtual delivery eliminates travel costs entirely and is available for every service we offer.

Many of our most successful engagements started as hybrid arrangements — perhaps combining elements of the Focused coaching package with a standalone culture audit.
