Our Leadership Consulting process

A proven, five-phase methodology that turns leadership aspiration into measurable organisational impact — every time.

How we work with you

Every engagement follows a structured yet flexible path. We adapt the depth and duration of each phase to your context, but the sequence ensures nothing critical is overlooked.

1

Discovery conversation

It all begins with a complimentary 30-minute call. During this session we listen deeply to understand your current leadership challenges, organisational goals and the outcomes you most want to achieve. We ask probing questions about team dynamics, strategic priorities and cultural pain points. This conversation helps us determine whether our approach is the right fit — and if it is, it gives us the raw material to design a tailored engagement. There is absolutely no obligation after this call; many prospective clients tell us they already gain useful insight just from the dialogue.

2

Diagnostic assessment

Once we agree to move forward, we deploy a suite of diagnostic tools selected for your situation. This may include 360-degree leadership assessments, culture surveys, stakeholder interviews and a review of existing performance data. Our assessments are built on validated psychometric frameworks and are designed to surface both strengths and blind spots. We synthesise the findings into a clear diagnostic report that we walk through with you and your key stakeholders, ensuring everyone shares a common understanding of the starting point before any intervention begins.

3

Strategy design

With the diagnostic insights in hand, our consultants co-design a bespoke leadership development strategy with your team. This plan outlines specific interventions — coaching sessions, workshops, team off-sites, action-learning projects — along with timelines, success metrics and accountability structures. We believe strongly in co-creation: you know your organisation better than anyone, so our role is to bring frameworks, evidence and creative provocation while you bring contextual wisdom. The result is a strategy you genuinely own and feel confident executing.

4

Implementation and facilitation

This is where the real work happens. Our senior consultants deliver the agreed interventions — facilitating workshops, conducting one-on-one coaching, guiding peer learning circles and embedding new leadership practices into daily routines. We do not simply present slides and leave; we stay close, observe behaviour change in real time and adjust our approach as the engagement unfolds. We also provide participants with practical toolkits, reflection journals and micro-learning resources that reinforce key concepts between formal sessions.

5

Evaluation and sustained growth

At the conclusion of the formal engagement we conduct a rigorous evaluation, re-administering baseline assessments and comparing results. We present a comprehensive impact report that documents behavioural shifts, capability gains and business outcomes. But we do not stop there. We offer optional quarterly check-ins, refresher workshops and alumni communities that keep the momentum alive long after the formal programme ends. Our goal is not dependency — it is to leave you with the internal capability to sustain and extend the leadership culture you have built.

The principles behind our methodology

Our process is underpinned by three core principles that distinguish Integrity Pros from generic training providers.

Evidence over opinion. Every recommendation we make is grounded in peer-reviewed research from organisational psychology, neuroscience and adult learning theory. We do not rely on fads or personality-driven guru models; we rely on data.

Context over templates. No two organisations are alike. Our diagnostic phase ensures that interventions are tailored to your specific culture, industry dynamics and strategic ambitions — not pulled from a one-size-fits-all playbook.

Sustainability over spectacle. A powerful off-site event means nothing if behaviours revert on Monday morning. That is why our process includes deliberate reinforcement mechanisms — coaching nudges, accountability partners and measurement loops — that embed change into the fabric of daily work.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about how our leadership consulting process works in practice.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Most engagements span three to nine months, depending on scope. A focused executive coaching programme might run for 12 weekly sessions, while a comprehensive culture transformation could extend to 12 months with multiple workstreams. We always agree on a clear timeline during the strategy design phase so there are no surprises.

Can you work with remote or hybrid teams?

Absolutely. Over 60 per cent of our engagements now include virtual components. We use purpose-built virtual facilitation techniques, digital collaboration platforms and asynchronous learning modules to ensure remote participants receive the same depth of experience as those in the room.

What industries do you specialise in?

We have deep experience in healthcare, professional services, technology, logistics and not-for-profit sectors. However, our methodology is grounded in universal leadership principles, so we regularly work across industries. If you are unsure whether we are the right fit, our free discovery call is the perfect way to find out.

Do you offer follow-up support after the engagement?

Yes. We offer quarterly review sessions, alumni peer-coaching groups and on-demand advisory hours that keep your leadership momentum going. Many of our clients choose to retain us on an ongoing basis for strategic counsel and emerging-leader pipeline development.
